Schedule: Approximately 3–4 hours per event
Pay: $100 per event
Location: Various event venues throughout Central Florida
Commitment: Availability for each monthly market

Responsibilities:

• VIP guests as they arrive at The Happiest Market

• Check in VIP guests and verify their tickets

• Distribute VIP wristbands and any applicable event materials

• Help maintain an organized and efficient VIP check-in process

• Answer basic questions about the event, entry, and VIP experience

• Assist with managing the VIP entrance and guest flow before doors open

• Ensure guests entering during VIP hours have the appropriate admission

• Communicate ticketing issues, guest concerns, or situations requiring additional assistance to the event organizer

• Provide a friendly, welcoming, and positive first impression for our guests

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with late event-day departure times

• Must be able to commit to every scheduled Happiest Market event, typically once per month

• Comfortable checking tickets and using a phone or other device for guest check-in

• Comfortable politely enforcing VIP entry requirements when necessary

• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the approximately 4-hour event assignment

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced event environment

• Able to follow directions and event procedures

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
