Schedule: Approximately 3–4 hours per event
Pay: $100 per event
Location: Various event venues throughout Central Florida
Commitment: Availability for each monthly market

Responsibilities:

• Assist vendors with the load-out process at the end of each market

• Direct vendors through designated load-out areas and procedures

• Help maintain an organized flow as vendors pack up and exit the venue

• Communicate load-out instructions and answer basic vendor questions

• Help keep walkways, exits, and loading areas clear during breakdown

• Monitor vendor departure areas and communicate any issues to the event lead

• Help ensure the venue and vendor areas are left clean and organized

• Provide a friendly and helpful experience for vendors through the end of market day

• Assist with light breakdown and cleanup of The Happiest Market areas as needed

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with late event-day departure times

• Must be able to commit to every scheduled Happiest Market event, typically once per month

• Able to confidently communicate and enforce established load-out procedures

• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the approximately 4-hour event assignment

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced event environment

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with vendors

• Able to follow directions and event procedures

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
