Schedule: Approximately 3–4 hours per event
Pay: $100 per event
Location: Various event venues throughout Central Florida
Commitment: Availability for each monthly market

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in vendors as they arrive for the event

• Direct vendors to their assigned booth spaces and designated load-in areas

• Help vendors navigate the venue and answer basic load-in questions

• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient vendor arrival process

• Help monitor load-in areas to keep walkways and vendor access points clear

• Communicate vendor questions, concerns, or issues to The Happiest Market Organizer when needed

• Help ensure load-in stays on schedule and vendors are ready before doors open

• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for our vendors from the moment they arrive

• Assist with light setup tasks for The Happiest Market as needed

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early event-day arrival times

• Must be able to commit to every scheduled Happiest Market event, typically once per month

• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the approximately 4-hour event assignment

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced event environment

• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with vendors

• Able to follow directions and event procedures

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
